Design a single space that serves three distinct functions simultaneously: a high-end sales showroom for real estate developer's projects, an experience centre for presentations, and a fully functional backend office for sales and commercial teams—while creating a homely atmosphere and functional variation.

Just as complex sequences are built from simple elements, this project began with a single telephone call with Qube Development’s CEO who envisioned aclient experience centrethat could:

hold sales processes with dedicated spaces

hostprivate client presentations and partner-trainings without disrupting office’s daily operations

accommodatea fully functional office for sales, leadership, and support staff

The constraint:

All three functions had to coexist in one compact space and adapt in minutes.

ONE SPACE - ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES

At the core of the request was a challenge to provide space for three main scenarios: permanent exposition for daily operations with project moquettes, client seating zones and a coffee bar; training and presentation scenarios with open space utilisation to accommodate the progressive approach of the client in broker-related processes; and private events scenarios for in-house project launches and VIP presentations.

Meeting rooms and office spaces were designed as calm, efficient environments that support both focused work and collaborative exchange. A range of room sizes and layouts allows for private discussions or team meetings, while acoustic treatment, integrated technology, and carefully selected materials ensure comfort, clarity, and productivity.

The material palette is defined by a balance between precision and warmth. Metal elements introduce a sense of structure and refinement, while warm beige tones and light natural wood soften the environment and add a tactile, human scale. This combination reinforces a feeling of naturalness and calm.
